ROTARY HEALTH FAIRS ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting of World Health Fairs - A Rotarian Action Group will be held on Friday, 13 June 2008, in Los Angeles prior to the Rotary International Convention. The times will be 1 PM to 9 PM. Please make your flight reservations so you can attend this important meeting.

We are working on securing a place for the meeting. Tentatively it will be at the Hilton Garden Inn near the International Airport. If you want reservations at the hotel for Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, please let us know as soon as possible and we will hold rooms for you. We are thinking of moving closer to the Convention Center during the week, but we are looking for a decent, not too expensive hotel to recommend.

We will have a strategic planning session on Wednesday, 18 June at the Convention Center, from 1:30 PM to 3 PM. We will also have a breakout session at some point during the Convention to present the "How To" of Health Fairs to all interested convention attendees.

Our booth will be set up and maintained from Saturday through Wednesday. We will need volunteers to staff the booth in 4 hour shifts.
